I have exactly zero experience with coordinate systems on the map. This was written down by my grandfather. It's an inholding in/near Denali and I'd like to see the actual property lines, assuming it's square. I'd love it if someone could either explain how to convert it to standard GPS coordinates or link me to the actual property lines. Thank you very much.
See below: ("on spruce" means he marked a spruce tree with a ribbon, which is now long gone, the quotes at the end of each subsequent entry mean that each point was marked on a spruce tree, I believe, but I'm not 100% sure)
Corner 1:
1 S40 deg. 15’W 7.8’ (on spruce)
2 N34deg. 30’E 25.5’ ( “ )
