Large Format Map Printing Service? [on hold]

i am looking to see if there is anyone in canada or the usa who use an online print service for their map printing.

the requirements that I am looking for are as follows:

-large format (ansi e +/-)

-high resolution

-double sided

-different quality's of paper

but pretty much my only requirement is lots of options for good service at a fair price, that is online, and in the usa or canada (preferably canada).
