KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive customer orders via phone, e-mail, and execute orders into the system
Coordinate shipments with carriers
Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation.
Executes and evaluates customer scorecards and attends on-site customer meetings to enhance service levels and business relationships.
Responsible for maintaining customer service performance including root cause analysis and managing service to targets.
Follow through on commitments and meet deadlines
Ensure customer profile information is entered and updated in system.
Inbound * Outbound operations, customer complaint handling, uploading of documents via portal.
To be the responsible person to act as a liaison between the customer, Warehouse Operations and various other departments
To follow up with clients, customs department for the status of the shipment arrival, to ensure the shipment is cleared and brought to the WH on time. Update system with POD.
To support the sales team in quoting for new inquiries.
To resolve customer complaints and update customer complaints on a daily basis.
To escalate for discrepancies and damages with complete investigation report * find solution.
To coordinate with the finance department for the billing * invoicing of service charges on the basis of contracts * quotations.
To coordinate with customs and documentation team to get all necessary documents for the smooth transition of Inbound and Outbound procedures.
To assist in any other related duties/projects assigned by the General from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
Building co-operation between departments reduces stress * adds values.
Have thorough knowledge about the organization * learn technical parts of the job
