I have a map control that I've created on a dojo TabContainer. When I try to zoom using the mouse wheel on this map, it pans instead of zooms. The pan actually travels several extents on one turn of the wheel - always north - so the user can get quite lost. In addition, this is not the behavior I see in the other map controls that I have on my site.
Is this just a weirdity associated with maps on tabs, or is there something special I need to be doing? As far as I know, I'm not setting anything related to the map and the mouse wheel anywhere.
