itinerary import on GPS application (iOS)

I'm looking for an iOS application that could import an itinerary from a gpx of itn file (or whatever if itinerary is as easy as with google maps).I don't want just locate myself compared to my itinerary but as with a GPS that bring me to the start and to each step until the arrival.

it looks like Tomtom feature 'MyDriver' and 'TomTom Route Planner' but integrated in an iOS application.
