Iterating Table Fields to Create Individual Shapefiles

I am trying to create individual shape files from a single table that contains the following:

• Weather Station Names
• Station XY Cordinates
• 31 individual field columns of daily data for each weather station

I am trying to use the iterate field values from another spreadsheet that contains only a single column the date of the weather data that I want to create each individual shape file. The dates in that spreadsheet match the column field heading in the spreadsheet that contains the daily data.

I am getting an error in the Make XY Event Layer when I try to set the "Z Field" to "Value" for the iteration process. I have attached an image of my model below. Any advice on how to get this thing to run?
