Networks, Hardware * Software Installations * Troubleshooting:
Install and configure networking equipment
Install and administer computer hardware and software where required
Troubleshoot networking, software, hardware and network operating systems
Assist employees in learning the programs and applying techniques
Call Handling
Ability to prioritize calls
Ability to resolve calls effectively within reasonable time
Troubleshoot problems utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology
Administration:
Document previously written and or newly introduced programs as soft and hard copy
Document problems and resolution for future reference
Submit reports where required
Support in other IT related tasks when required by the superiors
