Would it be adequate to add polygons to my existing ETRS89 data using a basemap as a reference (using ArcGIS)?
It does actually line up quite well with my existing polygons and would be the easiest way to do it.
I want it to be exact though.
The orthophotos are just too big to load quick enough.
Do I have to worry?
