• Experience and knowledge of GSMPacket core network routing and all type of signaling and GPRS call flow concept with all PS core nodes like Gb Gr Gn Gi Gx GyGz interfaces.
•Packet Core Care Experience is a must. IP networks knowledge.
• Good troubleshooting skills and KPIs knowledge
• Deep knowledge of mobile packet core networks and functionality of GGSN and SGSN SAEGW and MME is a valuable plus.
• Commissioning integration and troubleshooting of DXATCA SGSN FISNATCA GGSN and other Packet Core products is a must.
• Knowledge in the next third party NEs Infoblox DNS Checkpoint FW Juniper and Cisco RoutersSwitches.
• Plans and reports assigned projects Features Trials New deployments SWHW releases upgrades and updates change deliveries retrofits lab testing
• Follow up on highly escalated issues and drive them to resolution
• Participation in meetings with customers.
• Organize and participate in pilot and trials.
• Work closely with customer’s technical management to ensure close relationship and responsiveness to customer needs
• New technology support and Service deployment
• Provide technical answers and solutions
• Share technical information and provide competence transfer
• Consult with customers regarding optimization planning feature activations and other improvements
• Making sure of availability of proper testing environment and report any discrepancies
Position Requirements
BS Electronics Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Telecommunication or equivalent technical competence
• Has excellent experience and skills on SGSN DX and ATCA and GGSN FISN and ATCA.
• Has advanced troubleshooting skills on telecom switch platform
• Has excellent understanding about GPRSUMTS network and protocols
• Has basic IP and Unixlinux knowledge knows basic IP configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience on LTE MME and SAE knowledge Juniper and Cisco certifications.
• Support the Emergency Rota two weeks per month.
