(as simply as you can) what are the differences between INSPIRE, GEOSS and OGC?
I will explain what I understood:
(1) The OGC provides standards for web-mapping that like WMS, WFS (are these standards or services? is there any difference?) Does OGC provide data?
(2) If INSPIRE provide data to EU countries and GEOSS/OGC does that but for all the world so what is the the point of INSPIRE, then? is there and differences in SDI architecture between INSPIRE and GEOSS?
Sorry for asking such question but I'm really confused about it :S
