I have a csv file that has Lat/Long coordinates in certain rows while addresses for others.
Am I being too optimistic thinking I can input them into ArcGIS pro? The Lat/Long ones I know I can do Make XY Event Layer, but that won't work for the others.
I thought about using Geocode Addresses for the other ones but I'm stuck at Input Address Locator. From looking further into that it seemed that it has become a paid service as of 2013.
Are there some online ones I can use?
As a last resort I have a python script to do that, but it's VERY slow. With about 1M data it'll take me hours to do, which will get worse once I obtain more addresses.
