How to view locally stored XYZ map tiles in a Windows store app?

I have a couple of images (orthophotos) which i store locally in folders like this ".../FolderName/{Z}/{X}/{Y}.png where Z stands for zoom-level.The projection is Mercator (EPSG:3857).I would like to add these images to my map by code but dont know how to do it.

Its a Windows 8.1 Store App that I am developing in Visual Studio 2013
