how to use "Location-allocation analysis" with "GroupName"

I'm using ArcGIS 10.3, with the extension of "network analyst"

I'm using the tool "Location-allocation analysis"

I have two shapefile

1) I have a shapefile of customers to the field of "Distribuidora"

2) I have a shapefile of facilities in the field of "Distribuidora"

I need to make a Location-allocation with the option of "GroupName"

to maintain the current distribution structure

but in so doing get the following error

""Error: No feasible solution can be found due to group name constraint.""
