i deployed a web map app using Silverlight c# on windows server 2012 with ArcGIS server 10.2.1, i used high resolution satellite imagery as image services, but it's not interactive for navigate on the map and also have a large size, so it's need to more time to publish it as image service.our client need to use google map instead of high resolution satellite imagery on local server, BTW because the data contains confidential information, we need to access on google map only and prevent the internet to access other website.
