How to use Atmospheric and Radiometric Correction of Satellite Imagery (ARCSI) in com

I'm trying to use ARCSI to process a batch of Landsat 8 images. Anyone that have used the ARCSI software by command line in windows?I have tried without results. My MS-DOS knowledge is quite low
