How to split attributes

I am trying to split an attribute into its component pieces with FME.

Ex:1707 WILLINGTON ST, PHILADELPHIA PA 19121

into:1707 WILLINGTON ST

PHILADELPHIA

PA

19121

I am using the AttributeSplitter using a comma Delimiter and I get this:1707 WILLINGTON ST

PHILADELPHIA PA 19121

How do I get the state, city and ZIP in three separate fields?

Any ideas?Thanks
