How to set bounds for osm map cities for multiple routers?

I need to set bounds for multiple routers. I have configured multiple routers and created Graphs Folder and created Routers sub folders in it and added corresponding OSM , Graph.obj and GTFS in it. All working well. How to set bounds for all multiple cities. I am using 0.18.0 version(isochrone) of Opentripplanner.
