I have the same problem expressed in this question.
It has no accepted answer and I don't have enough reputation to comment on it to ask for an update on the situation.
I need to have the full watershed of a point downstream of another point. The Watershed tool only gives the non-common part (the part downstream of the upstream point). I also need to keep the smaller upstream watershed, so a simple fusion is not possible. I have over 6800 points, so it needs to be automatic. I have ArcGIS 10.1 and QGIS 2.8.2.
Any help?
Thank you
