How to read binary rainfall data (*.trm) in ArcGIS for Desktop?

I have some *.trm binary data that is merged Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) rainfall data.

I have to read it through ArcGIS for Desktop to extract rainfall data from this.
