how to publish my own openlayers map to be readable by others?

i created through Openlayers a Map but the problem that only me, using my computer, can see the results i cant open it in any other computer. i'm using localhost 8080 and i think that this is the problem for publishing.

is there any solution to visualize my Openlayers Map by any other user or customer?
