I have a GeoTIFF DTM produced from Agisoft Photoscan at 0.05 m resolution. However the interpolation used by the program to remove the riparian vegetation has used points from the channel, thus effectively creating a ramp which is not accurate of the channel. I've clipped the target area and am now trying to interpolate/smooth the subset raster. Any suggestions as to what tool would be best within either QGIS or ArcGIS would be appreciated.
