I am trying to create a map and place the instructions (jpg form) in a box on the map itself (at a sparsely populated location). when i export the entire map to kml, the jpg, which was visible in data view and layout view, disappears. Does anyone know how to get the jpg to be exported along with the rest of the map to kml? Does the jpg need a georeference?
