How to determine the end of a route from data which come constantly

In data from 24h containing coordinates and timestamp I need to determinate short routes when device was moving

in the destination point, coordinates can be near to each other but I can't find point when route is ending and starts data from the same position but with gps inaccuracy.

how can I do that?
