How can I delete a GDBTABLE file and GDBTABLX file (a00000009.gdbtable, a00000009.gdbtablx) when it is open in another program. I cannot find where it is open so I cannot delete it? Is there a way to like force delete these files or even a way I can track down where it is hiddenly open?
