How to create custom traffic Layer

Please, tell me, how to create custom traffic layer into RouteTask?

I need to get directions between two points, using data about traffic (road traffic).At this stage, draw a route between two points using RouteTask, but, as I already knew, RouteTask does not return data about the traffic.

How do I best solve this problem?
