I have a set of daily modis LST rasters over a roughly 13 year period (2002-2015). I would like to group them by 10 day periods, i.e. bin 1 = julian day(jd) 0-9, bin 2 = jd 10-19, etc so that I can then apply statistics to these 10 day groups. How can I apply this grouping using python? I have access to arcpy, but would also be interested in open source alternatives.
