How to convert Date field value returned by REST API to correct date using Python?

I performed a query on this USGS feature service of Airport locations:

And the value for the field LOADDATE is:

LOADDATE: 1411380301000However, when I pull the layer into ArcMap, the value is:

LOADDATE: 9/22/2014 10:05:01 AMDoes anyone know how to convert the 1411380301000 back into 9/22/2014 10:05:01 AM?
