How to clear cache in openlayers 3 in each map rendering & start?

I have a serious swap problem with openlayers 3. I filled a bug, but I'd like to check if removing the openlayers cache it could improve it.

My question is: Can I force openlayers 3 to not use cache or remove the cache in every tiles rendering?
