I have a few thousand polylines (shapefile) that have "Name" as one of the attributes and corresponding polygons (feature class within a GDB) that contain those polylines within the polygon boundary. I need to attribute polygons based on the name of a polyline that each polygon contains. Similar question has been answered a few years back:How to attribute a polygon with the names of polylines it contains?I have ArcGIS 10.2 and there is a glitch so "Spatial Join" does not work. Anyone know of another way to go about it besides attributing polygons manually?
