how to mask cloudy/noise pixels of MODIS LAI product (MODIS 15A2). I'm using MODIS 15A2 LAI monthly data for LAI estimation.After reprojection and applying scale factor i want to mask bad pixels of LAI product. Can anyone help to explain applying/masking process of QC layer MODIS15A2 for extracting good quality pixels of LAI product.
