How to add Marker to WMS layer coordinates?

I have this code in my html file

OpenLayers Example
How do i create the bubble to the coordinate provided from the WMS layer. The WMS layer is a shape file hosted in Geoserver.

I have the following fields:

SID,Stations,Long,Lat,Pop,figure

I would like to show the figure/or descriptions from the figure column at the bubble.
