How do I save string/list objects? [on hold]

I has a list of strings that contain file names I want to save as .img files. My questions is: how do I save them? Below is an example of one of the files. The path directory, filename, and extension are all correct I just need to know how to save it.

"C:\Users\Tyson Burger\Desktop\Tyson's Projects\Python Scripts\Test Layers\FresnoDEMS\Fresno\elevation_NED10M_ca019_2940347_01 (1)\Contours\ned10m35120h3_SP3.img"
