Hi Used 6maps for nsw govt. I looked at basemaps fro Richmond Valley NSW. The flood maps had green dots areas that expanded out from river. I assume these green dots show the areas that are submerged on the flood plain in a big flood and the unshaded areas are not submerged. Is that Correct?
