After installing Python2.7 with ArcGIS Desktop 10.3, the Python installation sets the Python registry key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/WOW6432Node Directory. In order to install PyWIN so I can develop python add-ins, I need adjust the registry key to avoid getting the following error when installing pywin2.7
