Maps render when logged in, but publicly displayed maps are not working. It is a public project and was working about 5 hours ago. How can I contact CartoDB support?
Our project has just been picked up by a number of media organisations who have linked to it and is receiving a lot of attention. I think a database may have crashed somewhere as we get the same behaviour when we upload new data sets. I don't think we've hit a CartoDB quota/limits but would like to confirm. The data is being pushed from a Google form into CartoDBs database.
