I am trying to create an animation that shows successive inundation area layers. I have 50 raster layers included in a single group layer.
Whenever I use "Create group animation" option, the animation only shows one of the layers and then alternates the transparency at the end of the animation. Also, I specify that the group animation should be 15 or 20 seconds but I am only receive 10 second animations. Strangely, I get slightly different animations each time I step export the animation.I did not have these problems with 3 layers.
Looking in the animation manager, it seems that all of the in and out sliders are randomly placed and one layer is visible for the entire animation. I thought that the group animation tool would step through the layers sequentially over the specified duration. Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing/understanding wrong?
I don't know if it is a memory error. My machine has 8 GB RAM.
