When using Google Earth Pro, the road network and the underlying imagery do not line up. At first I thought this was a road network issue. However, when I geolocate addresses using the Baidu geolocator and import those lat/longs into Google Earth Pro, it's evident that the underlying imagery is shifted along with the road networks. In short, a lat/long geocoded by Baidu does not match the imagery of Google Earth.
Does anyone have an understanding of how Google's Beijing (maybe China altogether) imagery relates to ground truth?
