Conducting a project using ArcGIS to evaluate the response times of ambulance services during the 7/7 attacks. Focussing on A&E hospitals only (within 3 miles of bus incident - 6 in total). Thinking of using digimap to collect the ITN for Roads, then using network analysis to estimate fastest/most efficient time the ambulances could take to get to 2 of the explosion locations.
Would digimap be the best for collecting raster maps? Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about this project? Thanks
