I am trying to get information about the polyline segments that another polyline layer intersects. By information I mean the roadway description, or the signed route. Here is some sample data:
frfpost trfpost Route_desc from_desc to_descC000495N 0 1 BITTERROOT DR C000788N 0 0.993 MARY ST C000896N 0 0.392 PICCOLO LN As you can see, there is no information in the from_desc and to_desc fields. I am hoping this data could some from the Route_desc in this data set from another layer:

So the from_desc would come from the route_desc of one layer and the to_desc would be the route_desc of another layer.
