Geoserver printplugin print blank pdf without map

I have problem during printing mapLayers with geoserver printplugin.I have Geoserver version 2.6.3, but it is installed in other directory than ordinary.The Geoserver printplugin print blank pdf without map or sometimes response return NullPointerException.The request looks like:http://jankrenek.eu/HTML/request.pngDoes anyone know where the error may be?
