I have implemented printing functionality in my gis application using GeoServer printing modul. It works OK when installed on my development server, but when I installed it on client production server I've got a problem.
Details: Application is accessible on internet and therefore I set up loadbalancer and proxy with apache. When I tried to print I've got this error: "NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.example.com/geoserver/pdf/create.json". But, when I try to print blank map (with all layers off) it works without problem. Also, when I try to print on server (using local domain IP address) it all works fine (with layers turned on).
So, what might be the problem that printing doesn't work from outside with layers turned on?
