Managing day-to-day fleet operation activities Coordinate with projects and schedule vehicles and drivers according to their preferences Maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance records and repair costs Extensive knowledge in fleet management and proficient in its practical application Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Supervising drivers team ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards. Managing all vehicle documents (Licenses, Inspection, insurance) Managing all driver documents (Licenses, TUV) Establish drivers/operators annual vacation plan
