I am working on a project that requires separating water and non-water features based on unsupervised classification in ERDAS Imagine 2015. I have taken the original image, and assigned it into 50 classes using the unsupervised classification tool within ERDAS Imagine, however it can be quite difficult when dealing with class organization between non-water and water features when nearing the shoreline. I would like to be able to pull up the spectral reflectance bands for all classes (not just RBG assigned by me) to see how they were separated and to see if that helps me sort them any better than just comparing the original image with the classified image. Does anyone know of a way or source that I can look to for an issue like this? I would like to be able to ultimately create spectral reflectance curves to help support my decision for why I categorized each class the way I did.
