This is different than most of the fill no data questions.
I want to fill No Data when it is surrounded by data. Now it could be one cell that is no data but it could be 50 cells.
I do not want to fill the no data value when it is not surrounded by data.
I do not mind if it is a mean or the closest value.
All of these would get filled (red is no data).
This --the big red area-- would not (red is no data).
