ArcMap Info Lic, 10.2.1. I am creating a tool in Model builder that will be used on arc online. The user will be able to enter a lat/long in a filed and plot the point. I was going to use field calc to update these fields with the users input, but don't want them to have to enter a double quote.
Unless someone has an alternative idea to plot an xy on arc-online. The point will be used to run a multi-ring buffer to determine the distance of the assets to plotted location.
