I am digitizing sewer manholes for a city and there are some new developments that they just got new GIS shots for. I now have those points on my map but want to add them to the layer that I have been working on. The new shots have multiple points other than just manhole covers so I cant just ad them to the bottom of my current table. How do I extract the data from the new dataset and add it to the bottom of the master dataset with the manhole cover information? I tried a join but that didn't work out so well.
