I successfully generate 8th nearest nieghbor matrix and open it in excel, but I am confused about what the weight field mean it shown in the picture below since I generate the 8th nearest neighbor I get the weight 1/8=0.125 but does this means that the point have equal distance from the all 8 nearest neighbor? I am using arcmap 10.2 advanced thanks
