Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage all movements of shipments coming in and out of Dubai, both domestic and international. Responsible for shipment bookings in all mode of transports and ensure all transactions are covered in accordance to the local Operations processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
Freight Forwarding - Project Logistics

Coordinates and executes all domestic / International export and import shipments bookings; works closely with all vendors and ensures that shipments are handled as per the clients requirements.
Facilitates and expedite communication between clients, suppliers, and our project control center in the*region to minimize delays.
Oversees material tracking system to make sure that customer receives real time material status
information and reports as needed.
Verifies that all customer routing instructions are being followed.

Monitors delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse, Airfreight and Sea freight departments to*ensure on-time delivery; Assists, through the administrative process, in execution of all imports and exports to and from Agility; ensure best possible service is provided while maintaining cost effectiveness
Assists through the administrative process, in execution of all imports and air export to and from Agility; ensures best possible service is provided while maintaining cost effectiveness.
Investigates and determines possible routes and rates of customer shipments.
Ensures client details are up to date in systems.

Proactively updates customers and agents on shipment status and/or anomalies.
Internal and External Coordination:**
Facilitates and expedites communication between clients, carriers, handling agents, suppliers, and
internal departments such as Sales and Customer Services to establish best service possible.

Billing and Accounting:*
Ensures SOP’s and Quotations are stored in a central location and up to date billing is done as per Agility’s defined KPI’s.
