They have had a presence in Qatar for over 50 years. They are in urgent need of a Duct Shop Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
To manage a total workforce of around 50 including 10 staff and 40 skilled labor including periodical recruitment of new staff and labor training programs for new recruits yearly assessments etc.. day to day HR issues .
To manage the technical department of the factory consisting of Mechanical Engineer and Cad operatorsData entry clerks involved in preparation of production drawings Quantity Takeoffs Planning preparation of cost estimates and quotations to customers.
To manage the production in the factory familiarity with Duct Production Machinery Maintenance and Productivity tools.
To manage the Factory Store including Stock levels material requisitions deliveries to Customers.
Directing and monitoring the outside sales effort including meetings with potential customers timely replies to Requests for Quotations.
Coordinating and attending meetings with Project Managers Customer Representatives for Timely Deliveries of Material and other technical issues
Preparation of Invoices to Customers
Requirements GCC experience is highly preferred. Must have bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in production and installation of GI ducts and associated accessories with preferably 5 years in the GCC. Arab nationals highly preferred. No outstanding NOC issues
