I'm doing a school gis project on analyzing the urban heat island effect on Denver, Colorado mapping surface temperatures. I tried downloading data from the Earth Viewer application but upon loading it onto ERDAS IMAGINE the image only had 1 band, obviously I'll be needing multiple bands and a thermal one. Does anyone know why there was only one band when it was a landsat 8 image?
